To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Interior Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid for services directly related to the claim.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in King County, Washington, under JAMS rules. You waive the right to class action or jury trial. Legal fees are awarded to the prevailing party.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Washington State without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
